From the time I inquired up until the time of service Fadi was exceptional with his customer service! He was even great with my toddler and got him to stop throwing a tantrum! My floors look amazing! I have a 6 month old puppy who isn’t house broken fully and has accidents all over my master bedroom carpet and the stains were very evident and even a smell! He made the carpet look brand new and even took the smell out! My hard wood floors were also filthy and they look great again! 100% would recommend this business! I recently called Quality Steamer, and was very happy with their prompt thorough service. My roommate moved, and so I needed to get room ready for new person. The previous tenant had a cat, and of course the new one said he is severely allergic. I'm happy to say, the did such a good job he hasn't had any reaction.

Fadi is AMAZING!! I manage a youth treatment facility and I thought our carpets were beyond cleaning.
