This was our first time servicing the couch and it looks and smells great! The owner was very responsive and professional and more than happy to work around my families hectic schedule. Fadi was the one who serviced the couch and did phenomenal work. Messaged us when he was on the way, but most importantly showed up a few minutes early. Reasonably priced for the quality of work. From the time I inquired up until the time of service Fadi was exceptional with his customer service! He was even great with my toddler and got him to stop throwing a tantrum! My floors look amazing! I have a 6 month old puppy who isn’t house broken fully and has accidents all over my master bedroom carpet and the stains were very evident and even a smell!
