Quality Steamer Service Agreement

Service Provision
Quality Steamer (“the Company”) agrees to provide carpet cleaning services (“Services”) to you, the client (“the Client”), as per the specific terms mutually agreed upon and detailed in this Agreement.

Scheduling and Cancellations
The Client agrees to provide the Company with a suitable time to perform the Services. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, the Client must notify the Company at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

Access
The Client must provide the Company with access to the premises where the Services are to be performed. This includes access to water and electricity.

Work Area Preparation
The Client must ensure that the work area is free of personal belongings, including but not limited to shoes, trash, boxes, electronics, or any other items that could obstruct the cleaning process or be damaged by moisture. Fragile or valuable items that should not get wet must be removed prior to service.

For pet owners, the Client is responsible for picking up all pet waste, including feces and excess vomit, before the cleaning appointment. Additionally, the Client must vacuum excess pet hair and dander before service to allow for an effective cleaning process.

The Company does not move heavy furniture such as beds, entertainment centers, couches, dressers, or other large items for liability and safety reasons. If the Client wishes to have areas under or around heavy furniture cleaned, they must move the furniture before the technician arrives. Furniture should not be moved during the appointment, as this disrupts the process and may cause delays.

If the work area is not properly prepared upon arrival, the Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service. In such cases, the Client may be charged a cancellation or rescheduling fee.

Payment & Refunds
The Client agrees to pay the total cost for the Services as quoted by the Company. All services are subject to a minimum charge of $195.

Payment is due upon completion of the Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Credit or Debit Card payments will incur an additional 5% convenience fee on the total bill.

Refunds are not offered. If the Client is dissatisfied with the service, they must notify the Company within 7 days, and the Company will re-clean the area at no additional cost in accordance with our service guarantee.

Guarantee
The Company guarantees the quality of the Services. If the Client is not satisfied with the Services, the Client must notify the Company within 7 days of service completion. The Company will then re-clean the area at no additional cost.

Liability
The Company is not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, such as (but not limited to) carpet wear, color loss, or carpet shrinkage. The Company is also not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions to hard surfaces, such as missing grout in tiled floors or cupping in hardwood floors.

Special Requests
Any special requests or additional services beyond standard carpet cleaning must be explicitly communicated at the time of booking. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, and any additional costs will be quoted and agreed upon in advance. The Company is not responsible for performing services that were not requested at the time of booking, and failure to request specific services does not exempt the Client from payment of the originally agreed-upon service.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of nature or governmental actions.

Indemnity
The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, and losses suffered or incurred by the Company arising out of or in connection with any breach of this Agreement by the Client.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of California, US. Any disputes must be heard in the jurisdiction where the Company is located.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations, and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.

Acknowledgment
By scheduling our cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.
