Fadi and Adan did a great job! I unexpectedly had to schedule a move to take care of a family member with declining health and they fit me in quickly. I'm allergic to cats, so really needed the carpets done before I could move in without issues. Customer service is top notch!! They don't try to up sell you services you don't need and really go the extra mile to make sure you are 100% happy. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again. Thank you, guys!

Great company. Came in the time frame specified, very professional. Our carpet was dirty from years of dirt buildup. The cleaning team got the job done in less than an hour. I will be calling them in the future.

They were prompt, very courteous and did a great job cleaning very dirty rugs. They also cleaned the stone floor in bathroom and sealed it. Very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them!

This was our first time servicing the couch and it looks and smells great! The owner was very responsive and professional and more than happy to work around my families hectic schedule. Fadi was the one who serviced the couch and did phenomenal work. Messaged us when he was on the way, but most importantly showed up a few minutes early. Reasonably priced for the quality of work. Strongly recommend, and will be using this company in the future.

We have used Quality Steamer on two occasions in the past month and they have done a fantastic job at both homes.  They are great communicators, timely, efficient, and great on tough jobs!  I wish I had taken before and after pictures.

If you need a steam cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or just want your place looking nice, Quality Steamer is the way to go. Fadi told us he'd be here between 10-12 to do the steam cleaning on our carpet and couch, and he got here at 9:58. Very professional, explained everything they were going to do, and got the job quickly, efficiently, and with great care. Again, if you need a steam cleaning, Quality Steamer should be your go to!!!

I recently called Quality Steamer, and was very happy with their prompt thorough service. My roommate moved, and so I needed to get room ready for new person. The previous tenant had a cat, and of course the new one said he is severely allergic. I'm happy to say, the did such a good job he hasn't had any reaction.
